In the words of John Lennon: “Life is what happens while you’re busy making other plans.” As a child, I never for a moment thought that the path through my ‘wood’ would be from the UK via the Middle East (the bananas), Australia (the prawns), Asia (the bridge) and ultimately to Austria (the mid-life crisis and comfort-zone escape). Professionally, there have also been stops in the areas of purchasing, sales and management before embarking on a career in training, coaching and consultancy. Academically, a BA in the UK was followed by an MBA in Austria and numerous training programmes, for example to become an ECA-certified business coach and leadership trainer. I also teach at several universities.

One thing, however, has never changed: the “with each other, for each other”. With all the people who I encounter on the way through my ‘wood’. To see how they continue their development injects my life with purpose and it is exactly this development which I strive to promote through my work as a coach, consultant and trainer.
