Business Coaching

Reorientate yourself at work

Business life demands a lot of you. You have the necessary expertise but is the Big Picture clear? Are the paths through your ‘wood’ of facts and information still clear? As an experienced business coach I can act as your compass, helping you head in the right direction rather than going in circles.

It goes without saying that I will never understand your day-to-day business life better and in more depth than you do. You know the ‘trees’ in your ‘wood’ best. As your business coach, however, I can support you to optimally deploy your resources, i.e. your expertise and experience, to reach your goals.

Ian coaches us at management level (executive team, CEO, COO, etc.) on all important management issues such as strategy and change management in a particularly effective and constructive manner. I would particularly like to highlight his skills and talent of frequently providing new insights and ideas which are often extremely helpful.

What can an experienced business coach do for you and/or your team?

Whether it be personal or team coaching sessions, in my role as business coach I accept responsibility for the coaching process itself, provide the necessary systemic tools and apply these so that your knowledge is efficiently leveraged.

Why? So you can achieve clarity, develop solutions, define priorities and make sound decisions. You, in your role as the coachee(s), are responsible for the outputs. Only you will know whether the outputs of the coaching process are plausible, comprehensive and, in particular, practical. It goes without saying that I can also support you and your team during the implementation phase.

Challenging questions or apparently ‘crazy’ objections and suggestions can be amazing tools when it comes to defining new paths and to then staying firmly on track.

What are classical situations in which business coaching can be particularly effective? When you take on a new role or when there is tension with other individuals or teams, for example. Or when you just want to get out of your comfort zone and breathe new life into your career.

Business coaching can facilitate both personal as well as organisational development. Strict confidentiality goes without saying.
